Is my information confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is our top priority. All DNA results and personal information are kept secure and confidential in compliance with HIPAA and lab privacy standards.

Do you come to me, or do I need to travel?

We are 100% mobile. We come to you, whether it's your home, workplace, hospital, or designated location for group or corporate testing.

Is the testing process safe and painless?

Absolutely! Most tests involve a quick, non-invasive cheek swab. No needles or blood samples are required for standard DNA testing.

How long does it take to receive results?

Turnaround times range between 2–5 days. Some tests require more time. Please review test information under desired test for estimated turnaround time. We notify you as soon as results are available.

What forms of ID are required for testing?

For legal testing, all adults must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport). Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and provide ID if available. Birth certificates and legal documentation may be requested.

What is the difference between legal and peace of mind testing?

Legal Testing: Requires chain of custody, photo ID, and is admissible in court.
Peace of Mind: For personal knowledge only, no ID or photo is required, not admissible in court.
Both tests use the same laboratory procedures, but only the legal tests follow AABB standards.
